Help me please!
Sep 02, 2010
I have a few french friends on facebook (all young people) and they use a very abbreviated version of french similar to English "text speak".
Some examples are, using "ki" to mean "qui", "derien" to mean "de rien"
There are some who's meaning I can't work out. Can you help me? Also can you let me know of any more abbreviations that young people use in texts or on the internet?
Here are some of the ones I don't understand:
Enkeure (the sentence was c'est gros enkeure)
Also many facebook posts seem to start with the word "ben". What does that mean?
Here's a good list and a good site which I recommend:
Ben is used for bien
C'Bn could be it's good / It's all good / It's OK
